ABOUT ME
I have always believed that each person has their own resources and potential for growth. This is one of the reasons why I chose equicoaching: because it offers a unique way to explore yourself, try something new and become more actively involved in your own journey.
My approach is based on cooperation between you, the horses and me. It combines gentleness and energy, curiosity and action, creating a space where you can take your time, experiment and discover.
You don’t need to be an experienced rider – or even know anything about horses. The experience takes place on the ground and is accessible to children, adults, families and solo visitors.
I lived in England and Québec for several years, which gave me a strong connection with English-speaking cultures and a genuine pleasure in welcoming people from different backgrounds. I am happy to offer these experiences in English as well as in French.
Normandy, my adopted home
Since 2021, Normandy has been my home and my heartland.
I fell in love with its landscapes, its countryside, its horses and its unique atmosphere. Today, I am delighted to share a little piece of this place with visitors through equicoaching.
Whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or with your family, I invite you to step away from the usual tourist itinerary for a while and experience something different: time with horses, in the Normandy countryside, simply being present and enjoying the moment.
Through gentle and playful activities, you may discover new ways of communicating, paying attention, taking initiative or connecting with others.
There is nothing to prove and no particular result to achieve.
Just come with curiosity, an open mind and the desire to experience something new.
My intention is simple: to help you meet the horses, meet yourself and enjoy the experience – with a little more confidence, connection and softness along the way.

During a holiday in Normandy, you may want to do more than visit beautiful towns, beaches and historical sites.
Equicoaching offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy a special moment with horses, surrounded by the Normandy countryside.

Meet the horses and discover their unique personalities
Horses are not simply there to be observed. They are curious, sensitive and individual animals, each with their own personality and history.
Through simple activities and interactions, you will be invited to observe them, approach them, communicate with them and discover how they respond to your presence.
There is no performance to achieve and no “right” way to do things.
The experience is about being present, trying, observing and enjoying the moment.
You may notice how you naturally communicate, how you approach a new situation or how you respond when a horse does something unexpected.
And sometimes, the most interesting discoveries happen when nothing goes exactly as planned.
A different way to experience Normandy
Equicoaching is a wonderful addition to a relaxing stay in Normandy.
After exploring the beaches of the Côte Fleurie, visiting Deauville, Cabourg or Honfleur, walking along the coast or discovering the Normandy countryside, come and experience a quieter and more intimate side of the region.
It is a chance to leave the usual tourist itinerary for a while and experience the Normandy countryside, horses and a moment of connection.

Whether you have loved horses all your life or have never been close to one before, the experience is adapted to you.
The activities are designed to be accessible, respectful of the horses and enjoyable for everyone.

Depending on the format you choose, your experience may include:

- Observing their behaviour
- Learning how to approach and communicate with them
- Simple activities on the ground
- Moments of exchange and reflection

The emphasis is on experience rather than performance.
You don’t have to be a “horse person”. You simply have to be willing to try something new.

Practical Information
Where?
The experience takes place in Grangues, Normandy, in the heart of the Normandy countryside, close to the Côte Fleurie.
Grangues is ideally located for visitors staying around Cabourg, Houlgate, Dives-sur-Mer, Villers-sur-Mer or Deauville, and is a lovely way to discover a quieter, more rural side of Normandy.
PRICES
Individual experience – €90 for 2 hours.
Family or couple experience – €140 for 2 hours.
